Creativity Coaching at Pointe Wellness Center
 

STUDIO CLASSES

Because of the intimate size of our studio,we recommend reserving space in our classes thorugh our online booking system on this site. We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to class start time to allow for check-in and personal class preparations. If a class becomes identified as "in demand", a credit card may be required to hold your space.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments held with a credit card are required for one-on-one appointments, groups/workshops and some identified "in demand" classes. Please arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete any paperwork. Late arrivals will be charged in full.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control require you to cancel and/or reschedule your upcoming appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us via phone or voicemail as soon as you are aware of a conflict.

ONE-ON-ONE APPOINTMENTS, ONE DAY WORKSHOPS

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please give us 24 hours’ notice. With less than a 24 hour notice, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the full price of the service(s). No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to the full price of the service(s).

MULTIDAY WORKSHOPS

For a full refund from a workshop, cancellation must occur at least 72 horus prior ot start of the workshop.
Cancellations less than 72 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the full price of the workshop.
No-shows will be subject to a fee equal to the full price of the series or workshop.

IN DEMAND CLASSES

We request that any cancellations are taken care of in a timely manner, preferably within 12 hours of hte class start time but no later than 1 hour of the class start time.

With less than a one hour notice or simply not showing up, you will be subject to the full price of the class. If you are utlizing a package, you will be deducted one class.

MEMBERSHIPS

We understand that there may be times where your situation changes temporarily and you may want to pause your membership. As such, we allow each client to pause their membership one time for a max of three months without any penatly.

BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

All merchandise must be returned in good condition within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt in order to receive a full refund. Purchases returned after 15 days or without a receipt will be exchanged for store/center credit, at the discretion of the manager.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are valid for a specified dollar amount and are not redeemable for cash. Pointe Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

MOBILE TELEPHONES

As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that you please turn your cell phone to silent when entering the center and step outside to take a phone call.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Pointe Wellness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep all valuables in your car or at home.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF HEALTH ISSUES

Our staff is committed to serving you in a professional manner. If you have any severe medical conditions or allergies, please inform us so that we can plan accordingly. All information you provide is confidential.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

In order to serve the best interest of the client, our providers reserve the Right to Refuse Service at any time.

GRATUITY

Our pricing does not include gratuity, however, tipping is always at the discretion of our guests. Gratuity may be paid by credit card, check, or cash but not by gift certificate. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk.
