An energy healing modality, Reiki is a Japanese technique used to promote health and well-being of mind, body and spirit. Reiki is described as a wise and beautiful gentle healing energy that is universal. Reiki brings us into harmony helping us to heal and align. Reiki is gentle and non-invasive and is performed in sessions tailored specifically to each client to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Reiki can benefit anyone, including our animals.

ANIMAL REIKI

In a sacred space to feel safe and comforted, Animals are very open energy and love receiving Reiki energy. Reiki is beneficial for animals that suffer with fear, anxiety, restlessness, those suffering with illnesses, physical pain, or trauma. Reiki can calm animals, help them to trust, allow them to rest and relax, speed the healing process (both physical and emotional), and more. Having a session with your pet can deepen bonds and trust as well. Whether you are bringing your rescue home for the first time or you just wish to share heart connection with your pet, Reiki session will be sacred and special for you both.

CHAKRA BALANCING:

The seven Chakras are areas of energy in the body that can sometimes become blocked. In this one-on-one session, energy healing is used to help restore optimum balance and one's natural energetic harmony in order to help regain health in your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

ENERGY HEALING SHAMANIC SERVICES

These services are customized and individualized for each client based on your specific needs. They require a discovery meeting or discovery call prior to treatment. These services can include, but are not limited to, services such as Shamanic Journeying and Guided Meditations, Cord Cutting Ceremonies, Cleansing and Blessing Auras and/or Spaces through smudging with Reiki-Infused Clearing and Cleansing, and Path to Peace, which is a program developed by Melinda Sturgeon, Reiki Master teacher, that is nature inspired and reconnects us to ourselves and Mother Earth.

REIKI CERTIFICATION (Level 1, 2 and/or 3)

Become a certified Reiki Practitioner, Reiki Master and/or Teacher, learning traditional Usui Reiki, personalized to you and taught individually. Melinda Sturgeon, Reiki Master Teacher, structures her teachings and classes to you personally and includes materials, guided meditations, and attunements. There are three levels to Master Certification and the Teacher Certification is an additional course if you are drawn to teach and certify others. The pace is determined by you. Reiki Certification, in Melinda's opinion, is a journey and should not be rushed but appreciated. With Melinda's courses it goes beyond learning the material, she also walks with you along your Reiki Journey supporting and coaching you.

There are three levels to the Master Certification and an additional course for Teacher Certification. Level one covers an introduction to Reiki and the history of Reiki. It is also the beginning of your journey of unbecoming and shedding things that no longer serve you. Level two covers how to give self-Reiki, distant Reiki and Reiki Healing to others, to the past and the future, and it also includes the sacred symbols. Level 3 includes the teaching of Master symbols, non-traditional symbols, additional techniques, guided meditation to meet your Reiki guides and your Master Attunement. The Teacher Course prepares you for teaching and certifying others to Reiki. It will also bring you experience to prepare a lesson, and to teach classes as well as attune others.
